Moving into March

Well WOW!!!
Our workshops have proved to be very popular and the first 4 are full with others filling quickly  and attached waiting lists.

Members can check the status of workshops in the communications book at the gallery.

EXHIBITIONS
"DABULOUS" by FIBRESPACE Inc. will be featured until the end of March and coincides with the "VOICES" exhibition that is currently featured at Yarta Purtli Gallery. This expands on the ongoing collaboration between Fibrespace and Lapland.

Dyed Products by Vicki Fox will be exhibited from Thursday April 5th.

YOUTH WEEK EXHIBITION from April 13th - 27th

We are currently looking at ways to increase our volunteers at The Platform with the view of opening the gallery more often especially during the tourist season.
The Curdnatta Art Group is an approved organisation with Centrelink and we have updated our details so that we can approach organisations such as MADEC, WORKSKILL, Regional Development Board etc. Members who feel they can benefit from volunteer arrangements are encouraged to investigate this opportunity.

We encourage everyone to voice their concern about the proposed changes to The Port Augusta Cultural Centre.

Tammy will be sending out information to everyone about Beyond Bank's Community Rewards system. You might like to consider nominating Curdnatta Art Group so that we can benefit from Beyond Bank's generosity.

We would like to welcome Nicola Butler as a member to the gallery. Nicola brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh style which will expand the offerings of our existing art works.

You can see some of her work at her webpage.

You might like to consider one of our members, Pam Morphett,  when you next need something framed.
