Thanks to everyone who attended the AGM it was a very productive meeting. It was lovely to see our oldest members Pat and Jean attend. Their interest and commitment over the years has shown true dedication to this group and The Arts in our community. Membership to remain at $50 (per adult) Family membership (adult and 2 children) $75. Special Youth membership (under 18) $10. To encourage young people to show their work and gain an understanding of the workings of an art group. Adelaide  Chamber Music group will perform at The Platform Saturday August 13th, please come along and enjoy the experience.  Photographers meet in the afternoon.. We now have an events committee and their first job will be to look at hosting an opening for A Brush With Art and inviting businesses that might assist with promoting the gallery.  The opening of the Photography Exhibition was a welcome social event following a couple of quiet years and well attended by families and friends. A huge thank you to participants, the diversity of the photographs certainly makes the exhibition interesting. The team who hung the exhibition certainly provided an excellent display. Thanks also to the girls from Beyond Bank who acted as hosts for the evening. The exhibition will remain on display throughout July and August.Many of the pieces have been listed for sale.
